I and the guys from NOC think they will soon see the light.
There were charging the same rate as Tarlton would to hire out the track with not half as good a facility and distance is a factor too.

Go read the thread on NOC.
I know the word from Skillie is that he predicts it wont be long before the track will be used at a more suitable rate.
