Nope no lowering( note yet anyway, a little plastice "spacer" thingy from the tyre place. Well they called it a spacer,it fits round that nobbie thing on the hub. Nothing else tho.
Probably when I upgrade my brakes I'll need proper spacers

i got 225/45/17 all round most of the time, no problems at all - unless you call tire rubbing the body a problem. but this only happens at near to full lock. and its cos my car is so low.
that plastic spacer thingy isnt a spacer. its an adapter to make the spigot match the hole in the center of the wheel.
dont just get any 17's. get 17's with the correct offset. or make the offset correct with some proper spacers.
my 17's run at least an inch or two from the spring cup on the shock!

Ok then sounds good, i was worried about it since my 205's seem to barely fit with a bit of lowering.
Whats a good offset to go for 20? 15 even

Id like the wheels further out than they are now, but not sticking out of the body or anything

nothing wrong with it!!!
'cept that you will have the tiniest little strip of rubber band between the tarmac and the rim. i personally dont like extreme low profiles!!!
