I have a GT3071R on a BMW M42 (1800). Think its a .63 T3 exh housing. Full boost only at 4500rpm, but good power and torque up to 7500rpm. Good for race car, not so good for road car.
U would need a .48 size exh housing for street use.

Thanks RB, may I ask what the bore and stroke is of the E42, also the flow cateristics because on the the T3 turbo I have now I have a .48 housing and boost is full only from around 4500 rpm....

The M42 head does flow very well, and i run 10:1 comp ratio. 215kw @ 0.8bar. Bore: 84mm.

U see there the difference comes in, Comp ration on the Ca is 8.5:1, I have a toatal standard head, the .48 was already laggy and it was a T3 compressor housing...a T4 AR 60 will need more flow to spool before 4000 rpm?

What do you think??

I must agree with Daniel here, I know he is good and knows how to work out a monster combination, but when I contacted him he agreed to what I wanted but he did not seem to want to do the math or correct me to say thats not good this is better, he said I could come and change the exhaust housing if it spooled to late or what not....that is good but I just get the feeling I am insignificant and might end up buying the wrong thing for my engine...
