Ok took the car out for a long drive today. Testing it out. Goes smooooth xept for gear changes when the car is parked and i engage either reverse or drive thers a clunk dont kno what it could be. Any ideas? Mounting maybe? If so whereTF am i spose to get 1 lol? And she also shudders at the steering wheel alot under braking. She has a wrong offset rim on 1 side at the rear and allignment off. Could this be the cause?

Don't waste money sorting out the auto box, change it for manual.
Also the shuddering could be wheel alignment but it's more than likely a warped brake disk if its under braking.

Swap the g'box? Not entirely sure but I'm pretty certain you can bolt up a normal SR20DET manual gearbox to the engine, for the swap you will need:
- Manual gearbox
- Manual gearstick
- clutch and brake pedal
- Clutch Master and slave cylinder
- Clutch lines
I have heard that people have done the auto to manual swap on s14's and s13's without changing the main ECU, so it would probably be the same case with the S15

I could probably get a full conversion set for about £4/500 here without the spigot bush and fluids
Not sure how much, or how regularly a manual conversion comes up for sale in SA. I'd imagine not a lot.

+- 6000 in rands but then again this is s.a so say if i were to pik up the parts here maybe 8k lol anyway thats not a bad price if it should be straight fit or little fabrication however shouldnt there be something to remove in the engine as well nearby the crank?

If you can get your car on a ramp then you won't need to remove the engine. Everything can be done in situ.
