AAAAAGGGGG SHITTTTTT!!!!!! Murphy u *******, the noise I that I sent the box in for is still there, I can actually change the gears now on high rpm but the cracling noise is is still there, it sound like it is coming from the back of the gearbox where the propshaft goes in, almost like the propshaft is slipping over the gearboxes shaft....
No windowcrapper I am not talking about that shaft I am talking about the gearbox shaft.

I had a nasty noise in my box. Pulled the box out stripped it and found the layshaft was f***ed. So I change the layshaft and bearing and popped it back in.

now there's a part of the sx that i dont know about!!!
lay shafts??? sounds like fun.
perhaps i need to get me a spare gearbox, print the FSM (transmission) and strip it, then reassemble it!
so what now draco??? its gonna be a schlep to pull the box again, but if you dont, you gonna have kak later, no?

The lay shaft is in the gear box.
