Not bad power for such low boost, i think it would be awesome once you actually gets it boosting.

LIttle update... still no boost... yet

Well bigger TB was always on the list and will soon be fitted (THANX PFB)
Also I am nearly there with the funding I need for a new turbo. The old one will come off and in its place a GT28. Wish I had the $$$ for a ball bearing turbo but sadly I don't. I promised some pics and I will have some soon.

Well the GT28 is coming today. Having a friend do the pickup and I will get it from him later. Should have water ports as well so will be doing some nice braided line for that (have 1 need to get 1 more).

Will post some pics as promised as I fit it. Will post the other pics along with those also.

Haven't posted here in a while since there was nothing to say but the turbo came loose... AGAIN... anyway spent last weekend fixing that and now won't do it again.

Tuning is coming along nicely and the GT28 is spooling quite well now thanks to some further mods which include:

- BIGGER TB off a SR20VE - 60mm (Thanks again PFB).
- DE cams and new rockers from a highport head I bought.
- Heat wrapping the exhaust manifold.
- Porting and flowing the exhaust housing on the GT28 to match the manifold.

Coming this month:

- New airfilter to replace the stock paper one - probably K&N replacement filter
- Some ducting and velocity stacks for sorting CAI

My turbo also kept coming lose, the guys at the zorst place didn't make a bracket at the middle of it so the weight was on turbo have a lot if you have the same problem.

exhaust has a bracket in the middle and lots of hangers too and the only weight from it on the turbo is from the flexi forward (so just the down pipe). I can honestly say that I do not know why it keeps coming loose. Had everything from locking nuts etc etc etc. But wont come loose again until I want to take it off.

Next is the intake and some more tuning. The Nistune board is becoming the best investment ever. nearly there with the tune. Car is nice and smooth but I need to start optimizing for a bit more power. breaking traction @ 0.6 already is fun but upping the boost is becoming the next step quickly. next stop - 0.8bar optimized and then 1bar... hoping I can get to the next goal without another set back...

Nearly abandoned this project and sold it but came to my senses... need some results now though.

160-170KW ATW @ 0.6BAR - Since I got 140KW this is the next step.
Then
180-190KW ATW @ 0.8BAR
Lastly
200-220KW ATW @ 1BAR - After fueling upgrade (injectors, FPR and possibly fuel pump)

Small update...

Seems like I finally got the boost controller working... just goto get the curves right so it does not fall away.
Got it set on 0.8 and 1.0 bar. But dropping to 0.7 and 0.9 so just need to play with the curves a bit. Got some det at 1.0bar though. Need to play a bit with the maps but I will need to change the injectors I think.
