as long as your wheel studs are long enough min id make is 20mm unles you have longer studs to do thru 5-8mm

I have 10mm longer studs in mine, bought new 5lug hubs from ichiba with longer studs, wish I could have my hubs made from alloy, might cost a bundle but the weight saving will be a lot

i could make them out of aircraft aluminium but not sure if the read splines would hold ok then 5mmor 8mm spacers will work fine on yours

T6061 is what they generally use for spacers. I can only ever find 6082 & 7075.
I heard 6082 is just as strong as 7075 though.
A mate made a belhousing to fit his Nissan A15 motor to his beetle box out of 6082, its working a treat. And its just the bellhousing holding the engine in place.

The rear hubs might be tricky seeing that the hub and bearing are one in the same thing. And its a bit of a biatch to find any bearing that is almost the right size and right spec.

hmmmm depends on material

if it standard aluminium prob 300-400 per spacer might be more not sure of the cost of material

No I wasnt asking what should you use, I asked what would you use??

There is loading on them if they studs are pulled into the back of them, or do you just turn longer studs that go through the hub and through the spacer??
