The turbo is a T58 and i will be happy with 280kw at 1.2 bar boost.

I started the header's pipes, it took me about 4 hours to make.

Yes,will be the standard head gasket. I going to fit water/meth, so i can boost higher and make more power. Will see how high can i take it on standard head gasket.
Going to fit 550cc injectors
Walbro fuel pump and avgas on race day's.I think i can make more power.

Looking good, u should have used a one piece flange against the head, easier to skim after all the welding.

Thanx, using the single flanges for expansion, I've heard of headers keep on cracking with one single flanges.

Is a 600x300x76 inter-cooler big enough for the rb25, have to get a new inter-cooler.Who in CT sell inter-coolers at good price?

that size should be good, the exact size i'm running on mine
dont feel any lag even with this size, with my standard turbo
about where to find one i'm not 2 sure which place is your best bet
what fuel pump were you using before your walbro by the way?
