the whole car has also been done from front to back..I have just not listed everything like your list. the clutch, gearbox etc was all re done. the car come out 4wd. here are some pics if you want to have a look.

yeh i got a buddy who wants its at 90k,,, but thats balls
i spent to much on this car, and it runs too well for 90k

I sold the Mazda for R80K, spent around R140k
Still waiting for the cash though...

the sad thing is that, its take 2 years to finally get the project, you want sorted
and then things change, and you try to sell
you dont loose R10k,,, you loose 40/50k,,,
it really makes me feel kak

yip - that's the way the world works hey... when you buy stuff its always in a buyers market...supply<demand... but when you want to sell... supply>demand...
with a project though a lot of money is spent on R&D and since you are not building 1000 of these but only one... you end up capitalising a hell of a lot and not having the ability to spread the R&D costs over the other 999 that you built...
take comfort in the fact that Veyron is also sold at a loss and that is with R&D spread over more than one output unit...
everyone that spent over the retail value of an SX will struggle to sell, even in a better market
u see people picking up RB26 conversions in SX's for R65k

ok that was just my luck and gift of the gab,it was in for 95k but i got him down to 65k,plus the 15k i just dropped on it and im not even close to the end,but i can say there is light at the end of the tunnel,it might be a train but im still happy
