Rear Strut brace
--------------------------
I got my hands on a universal strut brace and made it work for the rear struts of the SX

Image

Short Shifter
---------------------
Bought a short shifter from Ian , Sorry no pictures of the install

Race Cone Filter
------------------------
I got my hands on a Racing cone filter, Its about twice the size of a normal cone filter and added more filtration area.

Image

NIStune
-------------

Well After the installation of the intake manifold and the newly rebuilt motor, The cars started to feel sluggish this was because of the lean fuel mixtures.

The stock Nissan system is amazing and can cope with a lot of punishment and modification but I was pushing it to far so after so searching and help from 300zx I found a great system called nistune.

Image

Wideband
--------------

Now I wouldn't recommend Nistune without a wide band to keep a close eye on those mixtures , This unit is supported by Nistune and feeds into the ECU to help with tunning.

Image

Injectors
--------------

When I installed the is Nistune system, I was so amazed that I hadn't blown my new motor up the Injector where maxed at at only 6000RPM at 0.5 bar boost.

So I imported a set off Skyline GTR injectors replacing the 370cc with a 440cc injector

Image

Maxima AFM
--------------------
Also when I got the nistune system I realized the stock CA18DET MAF was maxing out and returning 5.1 volts at 500RPM My first replacment MAF was form a Maxima and was the new 4 pin unit it worked well till it started maxing out aswell with a little boost increase.

Image

Image

New Exhaust system
-------------------------
After years of using my old back-yard 76mm exhaust, I replaced the unit with a 80mm stainless steel Item. I cant even start to explain the workmanship of the item

The mandrel bends help increase power even more.

Image

Image

New Engine bay color.
------------------------------

I changed to color again what can I say.

Image

Image

Z32 AFM
-------------------

So after struggling with he Maxima unit for some time, I just went an bought a N62 unit. 500hp supported power

Image

Exterior Modifications
---------------------------

I removed the rear wing and installed clean indicators

Image

Image

Image

Image

3 Inch feed pipe
---------------------

I replace the custom 2.5 inch intake pipe with a 3 inch item made from stainless steel, This eliminated all intake restrictions to the turbo

Image

F1 Stage 3 Clutch
------------------------

Well after the nistune system the stock copper clutch started slipping, So I just imported a Stage 3 F1 Clutch kit with an exedy pressure plate.

You cant even compare this item to our local cr$p this is the real deal and she grabs hard

Image

Image

Image

Screamer pipe
----------------------

To help drop back pressure even more, I made a custom screamer. I will not recommend this modification because of the noise when on boost and when off boost.

Old pipe
-----------

Image

New Pipe
--------------

Image

Image

Image

Brake Upgrade
--------------------

Well I upgrade my front rotor with a set from Rotor 88 in the states. It works well and was a cheap effective upgrade

Image

Image

Torque Dampener
-----------------------

This Item does work well but I would recommend solid mounts on Nismo mounts to any SX member

Image

Image

Lightened front pulley
--------------------------

To help drop wight even motor, I converted to a FWD pulley and got a little extra wight shaved off.

Image

Image

C-piller bar
-----------------

This help make the chassis even more rigged

Image

Image

New front strut bar
------------------------
Replaced the old one

Image

Bracing front Suspension
------------------------------

I'm keen to see your new mods in person. You may even twist my arm to line up next to you even though I'd get a hiding. Would be interesting to see the real world results of just how much faster your car is.

Maybe I should get it chipped first
