has anyone ever tried to make a whole panel an "intercooler", like the bonnet? pump air in one side and have like a big flat container under the bonnet (ok it wont have fins though) and out the other side
aag just an easy like sunday morning thought

Slide I'll give you my stock intercooler for R100 so you can try it.
R100 bucks for cooler= deal, Now that plus say R 300 for pipes and R20 for head ache tablets and its looking like a good option!

Sweet! Now its down to timing! Ill Be sorting out by friday whether or not i stay in cpt or relocate to JHB. Once I have that one dun then we can take it from there!

The standard cooler is very inneficient! general consensus is you have a 4-5psi drop through the standard cooler. I wouldnt want to run two of those things

Yeah i was looking at the thermal dynamics and flow rates of various intercoolers and realized that the effort is too big for the result i want to create and that it wont assist my asma pomp at all.
Thus patients is a virtue!
Project abandoned!
