No i do not have a bakkie, i'm planning on using it in a 160z and yes it will be turbo so i don't need one that's working cause i'm not planning on using pistons crank or cams , now i guess you guy's are going to tell me to go for a sr20, but think of the power that a standard ka24de makes then think of how much it will make with a crower full stroker kit + turbo and then you'll realise that the sr20 can't compare.

its not a bad idea - but it sounds expensive dude.
turbo'ing a non turbo engine is usually quite a bit more than just buying the turbo version, but then again i guess it will have a fairly decent grocery list once its done.
and you will have local support for the engine through nissan too - cos nissan mostly put those engines into local bakkies!!!

My car is one of a kind, i replaced the original seats with bucket seats front and the back seat is beeing re-upholstered to fit the front, i'm doing the dash over in leather, all my gauges have been replaced with typeR gauges but fitted in the original dash fittings, i have a custom lemon crome and funny lemon paint job. This should give you an idea of why i want a ka24de turbo motor in the car...... it's all to be unique cause the sr20 conversion is common in datsun's.

You could build a pretty potent SR20 for the $3300 price of a crower stroker kit for a KA24DE... and that excludes shipping etc......
