Derek try this pic to give the dudes an idea. It is the breater pipe opposite the abs, adjacent to the block, coming from the turbo inlet pipe.

One freaking fat washer alone. Feel the end of that breather pipe. it is in there.

Take the pipe off completely, it sits close to the end, I can't remember which end though.....bottom or top....
Ok Freddy....we won't start the red thing again....but it is mooi is it not...thats all I am saying.

And yes, a lot of silicon pipes(red) were used. e.g. vacuum pipes.

well...
seeing as we're being pedantic, its not really a washer. its actually called a restrictor. if i get the gist of the conversation!!!
the other funny thing is that i've rebuilt many a ca18det, and i don't recall ever noticing a restrictor in the crankcase breather hoses - interesting!!!

Well. surprise VC, I still got one restrictor in place and so had Derek?
VC, did you swallow a dictionary or what? This is going be futile.( I have seen this word on this forum before)
