How much different are those calipers to the ones on the s14?

They are lighter than the s14 ones.

s14 = steel
z32 = alloy

The s14 and z32 calipers are the same thing. The only difference is the weight.

The z32 calipers were made of alloy or something and the s14 were made of steel(some heavier steel)

I'm not the expert thats just what I have been told and read.
