Ok, so as you all know project long term got too a strict halt when I recieved a bearing knock from Mr Murphy......
So I took my baby to Faheem, the mad scientist opened the motor and its complete carnage it there!
To start off with - the previous so called exellent mechanic that worked on my car thought silicone helps for lube! Cause there is silicone everywhere in the sump, including traces of silicone in the bloody turbo!
The oil feed pipe to the turbo is partly blocked from all of the crap in the motor! So here I join the club of a busted turbo AGAIN!
The oil pump seem too have packed up, or the oil pipes are blocked!
The nr. 4 conrod moves about 5mm side to side on the crank, so the bearings are screwed and the crank. If the crank kan get skimmed I dont know yet. The crank might even be slightly bent.
The conrod will prob need to go to the bin! So now its the crazy search for a conrod, i doubt I will find 1 conrod laying around.
I dont know the condition of the block or the pistons yet, hopefully its good so I can just do the rings.
Condition of the head we will determan when I goes to the engineers.
I think that is it hey! So please okes, keep your fingers crossed and help me hope for the best here!
I get so pissed off with these top class mackie's that people rant and rave about, in the mean time they are so kak! Waste your hard earned money because they cant give a fuck about your pride and joy!
Im not gona mention names on who did the work! But I hope his one assistant thats on the forum now and then see this! So this is for you mackie!:
I will make it my personnal quest in live to make sure you recieve no clientelle from the people I know! I think you should sit and think on who pays your bills! Incase you dont know! THE CUSTOMER!
Your rude way of dealing with your so called after sales service is also not helping, lying to clients and never phoning them too! I wanna go over there with my bend crank hit you over the bloody head with it! Thanx for nothing! CHOP!
Now thats out my system....................Watch this space! Gary - What do you say me and you compete in building the strongest and most powerfull CA18DET motors in South Africa???

Im already at 200RwKw, so you have some catching up, oh ja the gap from 170 - 200 is HUGE and not easy to fill.
