hang on, i remember also solving my problem with a 4 pounder! but i didnt solve it entirely!

Took out the plastic in the arches... took a hammer and pounded the arch in where it touched (done neatly one doesn't even notice)

Then on the main subframe there is a place where they have joined two pieces together this was sticking out like |= (where the = is the two pieces of metal, whacked that flush against the subframe)

so your archliners are gone completey?

i didnt want to do this, so i "cropped" mine around where tire was rubbing.

also - i dont think i moered the "T-piece" enough. i must still have another go at it!

great minds think alike - even if its a monkey method of solving a problem!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Not totally totally, only heard it twice when I spun out... but on full lock I don't hear it, which is what I wanted...

Remember last time it was bad you get to about 80% lock and all you hear is rubbing and then it jerks the car, causing an unbalance.
