Not many skylines run nitrous, just wondering what it does without it. simple question, just wanted a simple answer.

I think it will be fast but a car with less power may still beat it on a 1/4 mile if the 700hp does not have tracktion....but as soon as it stabelises and traction is intact all in a straight line I bet the baby would fly....

as far as i understand its a skyline GTR. the king of kings. with 4wd and 700hp. thats nothing to turn a nose up to!!!

700whp is not a big problem for an awd especialy once you are out of first, only once you run over 850 in an R platform do things get interesting.
This is one of the reasons I also asked what it runs with out nitrous,

Youll be amazed how much HP you can put threw an R32 /R 33or R34 before traction REALLY becomes a problem.
