I'm looking at a GT35 maybe sometime in the "far" future. 
I just need to do alot of supporting mods like a ECU, Injectors, pistons, Custom intake, top mount manifold....

Draco, keep it up boet, you are starting to sound like Calibrator...
T4/T5?? Boost will come in very late, no??
Why not rather village bicycle... T3/T4. If you get the right exhaust housing it should do wonders on the CA18. They are quite cheap in comparison - R2900 - R3500 these days.
I agree that you have to live with the pain of turbo's...no matter how much you hate the unpredictability/reliability.
How many of you have installed an oil cooler though, to make sure that at least this temp is kept within limits? - small cost to pay to increase reliability and life of turbo.
