Cool beans! Maybe u can gimme some tips

And also hold the fire extinguisher that I'm going to buy, 'cos those goddamn injectors won't stop leaking

If it is the o rings on the injectors I can help you with that Toby....

Shot Draco, that might help! I think it might be o-rings. The leak is slight, but still, need to get it fixed. Only 2 injectors are leaking - let me know if you got 2 spare O-rings - I was thinking of getting slightly thicker o-rings and jam the sucker in, 'cos I'm sick and tired of leaking o-rings

I have some, you can even ask Freddy where he got it cos I got mine from him, it is very fast and easy to swop, the hard part is to take the injectors out....thats nothing too bad.

IIRC toyota 4AGE injectors have similar o-rings that you could use.
they'll be about a 250th of the nissan price, but just take your part with you just to make sure.
i might be talking about the big rubber thingy on the top of the injector, or i might be talking about the o-ring, but i'm just not sure at the moment!
the mazda rotary injectors are the same, and they might be a 50th of the nissan price!

I am speaking of the rubber o ring on top of the injector that goes into the fuel rail, that you van buy from Acorn fastners for sweet blo all....and it works...

Thanks bruno, but 550cc injectors would give me bigger problems (so to speak) - ecu re-map and all that! Silicone around the injectors... dunno if they can stop 3 bar fuel pressure! But at the mo the leak is not too bad so I'm gonna risk it! Besides the Vlademaster will be there to douse the flames should the need arise.. hehe. But I'll get those o-rings from you Draco, and fit them. Believe me I know how - have swapped injectors 6 times already. And I did buy a set of o-rings from Nissan once, cost R26 for 4. I just hope it's the o-rings and not the injectors themselves. Otherwise, you guys might have to call me Ghostrider

normal silicone doesnt do well in the presence of fuel.
but a specialised silicone might.
but then again i'm not really sure what the crap bruno is blabbing on about!!!!
