There's a lot of sponsors and money changing hands, etc that I am not involved in, and I don't want to be held liable for anything, as I am not involved. If I was overseeing it, I could accept some liability, but I am not, hence my worry. Hope that makes sense. I'd be happy to help out where I can.

Hey no got the logo sorted,its at nirvash already so that's done.toby we meeting at the rock this sat at 4 for a meeting and drifting.so please come thru if you can so that we can set your mind at ease.there is nothing to stress about.all bases are covered from a ambulance to insurance and all the pirmits etc...the sponcers are all personal friends of mine and there are no issues there.all cash goes to the rock.we only got sponcership for 3k,the rest will be made on the day and handed over.there are systems and order inplace.but come thru on sat and come help us sort out some of the details if you can.

Thanks smoothedgp, appreciate it. I'll pull through if I can make it. You're the best event organiser I know (and certainly the most enthusiastic one!), so I have no doubt that everything will be fine

Hey you making me blush.lol but seriously there is nothing to stress about.i made sure of all the legal issues,adressed them,got everything sorted.last thing i want for the club is some issue.the whole idea is to have a meet with all the guys and to play with our toys.with all these laws on the road we never get a chance to really play a bit.but this is really shaping up to be great.hope to see you on sat.

Pegasus has room's for lank cheap.plus no practise sorry,the venue is too expensive to get it another day.but they have open nights on wednesday's if that helps?

Ja RB is taking all my cash. Would like to enter and have Wednesday practise. Drive up in my RB25 SX will be heavy on fuel. 800kms there but will try and make a plan to join.
