So we basically know now that it will cost between R45-R50K to do a 'Stock' RB swop ,I say 'stock' as Nirvash has upgraded a few things like clutch, intake ebc etc ,You then can still sell your Existing motor and gearbox to make up some money
From here you can upgrade turbo,w/g,injectors,FPR,exh mani, water meth ,clutch(6 puk), to get to 350kw reliably

,Depends on what you buy thats another R30K easily
So its roughly R80K easily for 350kw RB25 SX .
I think its a good idea to make a sticky thread out of this so it is known what is needed and the costs involved in a RB swop so this question is not covered over and over again.

Dont think R95K is a correct indication of a RB swop cost. R45-R50K is more like it. Could even be less with std manifolds, no B/Controller, std clutch. Any chassis upgrades are a good idea, if u plan more power, irrespective of wich engine u have.
Maybe R95K incl power upgrade of std RB25DET(turbo, injectors...) and chassis upgrades (susp and brakes).

350kw RB26DETT, dont think the std ceramic turbo's will last long at 350kw, also the 440cc inj's are too small, so turbo and injector upgrade, sump can be modified, i have done it, works fine. Single turbo will cost u a turbo, manifold and wastegate, twin upgrade are expensive (R20k+)
Std RB26DETT are good value under 300kw.

This all gives good food for thought,
When you see a Decent RB S13/14 for sale for anything under R120K the first thing that should come out of your mouth is BARGAIN !!

first things first, i think my next upgrade has to be wheels, my standard s13 wheels dont really hold up at the moment
in order for me:
1st - wheels
2nd - brakes
3rd - coilovers
=one hellova sleeper s13
