A little update,The car is STILL at the panal shop,Hopefully fetching Friday

,The colour looks fantastic
Feched mine and RB25SX intakes yesterday,Lookes really good,
Wheels are done,Bought the Bridgstone Potenza semis in 265/35/18 for the 10j rears ,And 235/40/18 fronts.The rear rims have a 100mm polished lip now

Did you widen the rims????
Was it a split rim?
I want to widen mines but Im scared of the structural integrety of the rim.

They are SSW rims 1 piece,Hi Tech mag repairs in Jo-Burg did it,
Have not seen them yet as they got sent straight to the shop(Wheelworx)but apparently the workmanship is top class

Went from 8j to 10j on the lip only,That saved me a bit of money.
Give Hi Tech a call ,Then send a pic of rims and they will advise you accordinglly.
Be patient as there service is not great,But workmanship is awesome

Yea I got a quote from them as well. and the price isnt bad. I saw Bruno (SnS Drift S13) had his rims widened as well so Im looking at going that direction soon.
from 8j to 10j ... whats about 3 inches right????

It was 50mm widened on the lip.
I dont know the inches
