so clutch is pased its expiry date seems the pressure plate is passed
was odd couz the clutch did not slip and i got gears easily
o well time for the car to stand again

So where to start hmmmm
Pulled the motor out on friday was easy with the box already out.
Found a lose waste gate. That was a shit 1 to tighten up.. Bent a 10 spanner passed any recognition.
The fly I should be getting later 2day..
Rear oil seal is swapped. Cleaned out the sump so its nice and clean.
Saw I got a burnt harness going to the headlight fuse box. At least it was only the old ecu wires that were burnt so all is good and the rest is hidden from the heat of the turbo and mani...

so over the long easter week end i was doing this

pulled the motor out to swap out the rear oil seal and pull the flywheel off

found where she was breathing oil when it was under boost. such a kak spot to find with the motor in the body


the car has got a friend to keep itself company when im not working on it

so time to update 1 mm of dust and counting

ok been a long time since ive up dated dam where to start

so clutch. got one made up by Hannas at the track




i replaced the gearbox oil seals to have one fail on me not sure why it did but had to pull it out again

got all running and found my radiator cap leaking. think that must have been the easiest thing to fix

cleaned up all the wiring in the car

then coming home from the track i found i have some smoke comming from the engine bay..
dam turbo oil seals went on it. Was leaking out the housing and dripping onto the manifold. when i got home it stopped but i decided to take it all apart anyway..



and i got a nice hole in intercooler. will see if i can weld it up... even for a temp till some founds come in

ok so got a new turbo t3 t4. rather large compared to the old turbo but im gona take this bad boy to a bar and she what shes like for my driving..

car went on a diet plan agin hahaha, all is out now just need to pull the carpet out. Will cage her up in dec when i have some time to do so




so got my hands on these. decided they looked boring, so painted them. didnt stress about the paint on the rubber couz the rubber wont be on them for long




thinking of doing the all like this...

So haven't done much to her in a long time.. Just been sorting out other shit.. Basically the intercooler is welded up.
The cars was stripped out all sound deadening was removed. Its been painted white on the inside just to clean her up abit till I sort out the cage.. Um turbo is on and that's about all of it..

Ades, I will probably wear my car out and die before you get this thing arolli`n again !!!

Yea I know its bad to think how long she's been standing.... Will try start her on the weekend
