 no offense rat, I'm used to seeing a steamy pile of those after getting trashed at gymkhana's, so I would say that they r the weapon of choice when it comes sliding cos of they're price.

Yeah Rat your tyres did grip but that is because you didnt have the low down torque. When you had the torque you were going to fast to spin them, not enough power. Also you had 235s on the rears, Ryan is getting 225s so that will also be a differnce.

I have done load of research when it comes to tyres, I have also driven most of the top brands. #1 are my TOYO's, then Bridgestone , Pirelli, Yoki, Michlins, dunlops.

For the price MY01s then Dunlops.

I got my mags and tires put on 2day. I came out awesome I think! 8) Plus it raised my sx up by about an inch which will help alot... ;)

I went with Bridgestone MY-01's, 225/45 R17 allround.

Holy smokes dude. You better drive like you drive on eggs!

Thats why I pay less than half of that for my tires. + they only last me 6 months.

Hehe, they are really good tires. I have my 15's to drift or stuff around with now. Just gonna be a mission to have to change tires all the time.

Ok, updates.

Not too much has happened, mainly fixes and tuning. Had my clutch slave cylinder fixed and finaly my clutch feels 100% again. Also added an air temp sensor input for the tator and had a BOV installed.

The most recent 'mod' I did was last weekend when I removed the stock intake piping and replaced it with some new ali piping.

Before:

After:

I'm quite pleased with the result 8)

There are also some other item waiting in the wings. I have a new ali rad waiting to be installed as well as a Greddy profec b spec II on the way for better boost control.

Rad:

Also, Gary is busy ordering parts for a water meth kit for my sx. When it goes in for the rad and EBC, the water meth kit will also hopefully be added.

Those all should make a good difference :) I can't wait.
