the german is a hydraulics expert in randburg, cant remember the name of his shop.

he charges an absolute fortune for his service and products, but you can be assured that it will be of the best quality and will last for a long time!

two oil cooler lines about 0.5 meters each with big banjos on the ends cost us about R1100-00 about two years back. they've never leaked and run on a rotary that likes to get very hot in the back of a beetle!!!!

Getting new Teflon lines made... not as pretty but it would do the job... also Decent braided is only about 4/5 times as much as the teflon.

No from what I heard the valve is sorta fine, but the the guide, broke and that made some "Sold Fuel" to smash my squish area and pistons

But surely not all four pistons are gone?? Can you replace just 1 piston or have to buy a set??

You have more of heart, or a deaper pocket, than I do; at this point I would throw the towel in and put the old motor back and sell it.

no bud my cash is well dried up, I saved up a long time to build that motor, spent hours upon hours building it... just to let it get killed by someone else's negligence

The head was completely overhauled by JR Cylinder head's in Maloro JHB. I asked them to check everything and replace what is needed... The head was overhauled 6 months back by Cylinder Head Services in PTA, but I didn't want to hold back and sent it in again... This jobby was R1200

Really not sure what to do now... I am thinking of sueing JR but I'll first get my facts straight.
