Where do i get and how hard are they to change?

Can i drive with three wheel nuts on as a temp solution?

a nut only cost like R5 @ local tyre and wheel shop

Got mine from Nissan, was R35 a stud if a remember correctly.

Very easy to change, knock out old stud with a hammer, insert new stud and tighten.

Ouch R35 is quite rough... I'm getting good quality high tensile extended wheel studs for R25 a pop.
