FMIC sizes

Post by Enzio »

Hi guys,

Since I'm finishing the stripping of my motor this week and starting to order parts I'm seriously considering fitting a FMIC seeing as everything is out of the engine bay.

This brings me to my Q: What size intercooler fits the best (I guess 550*180*65 ??) and what did they cost? If anybody has one they wanna sell that might also work... :D

I still have to measure how big the intake in the bumper is but that's what I wanna know - how much did you have to cut away to fit it? And how much did it cost?

I've also got a 600 x 300 x 76 intercooler. You have to cut away some of the bottom lip on the inside of the bumper. About 5cm worth. It doesn't make a difference to how the bumper looks at all tho so its not a big deal.
