S13 tyer sizes

Hi guys..

I have killed my back tyers and now need to replace them.
Is it possible for me to use 195/50/R15 ? becuase stock the car sould have 195/60/R15.

mmmmmmm as I now have 17" 215/45 on how much will my spedo be affected.

I have 225/45 R17 and my speedo under reads by 0.5% What tyres you have?? I am up for tyres now now and was thinking about TOYO.

apparently they use to make perreli in indonesia but make their own now.

buying 17's and tires cost a bit. on my next tyre change ill decide again

Well I got Yokohama on now and I get 20 000km to a set and at R1600 each thats expensive. I went on to www.1010tire.com and was reading the reviews and TOYO came out tops.

Not even noticable.
Won't effect anything. lowers the car by about 5mm :)

Yeah, changing tire size will make such a small difference.

Smaller diameter tires have better acceleration, while bigger ones have higher top end speed. But again, unless you make a BIG change, it won't be noticable.

Just remember that the car std at 120kmh read 130kmh, now at 12km/h it will read about 118kmh.

on my red sx i had 205s on the standard rims - made nogal a nice difference in looks - cant remember but i think it was 55 ...
