Re: Project RB26 S14 Cape Town
Thanks guys.
Okay so I finally sorted out the car and is using it as my daily.
I managed to sorted out the vuskus problem. Moved the cowling forward and replaced the crank pulley and now it can rev full rpm!
I fitted a overflow buttle.
I had to change my external dump valve to a recirculating damp as I'm running with standard management to save on fuel.
Old dump valve
New dump valves
I took it to Robby to run it on the dyno to check if the motor was happy, if the air fuel ratios are good and to check for pinging. All went well and I was happy with the power for a every day drive and on standard boost.
Fitted some TE37 reps
And JDM rear bumper.
I'm enjoying the car for now but there are some parts I still need to fit but I'll keep you guys up to date.

Thanks guys
But I have some bad news. The motor has bearing knock on number 6. So going to strip the motor and maybe go all out on the block but this will only be in the new year.

Sad brother ... So close yet so far.. Good luck. A built motor is kak expensive but gives you so much confidence in it.Reyn S wrote:Thanks guys
