Hi Guys
New member here....
I bought this SX around 2 months ago.
Its a 1992 with 155 000 KM on the clock.
Its standard, except for a 76mm exhaust and Excell SSQ Dump Valve
Plans for this year include :
( 1 ) FMIC
( 2 ) GT28RS Disco Potato
( 3 ) Dictator Management
and other odds and ends.
Will be removing the boot spoiler as it was done terrible with silicone showing everywhere. And going for a smooth bootlid.
Still undecided on Rims for now...

Re: Project Dexter
So would of loved to start with fitting a Walbro fuel pump and FMIC but had other issues that needed attention, to get the car running reliable.
Replaced turbo manifold and exhaust gaskets as they were leaking.
Replaced rear main seal
Replaced clutch plate
Next up: 5000KM service...
Hopefully next month I will get to put in the new fuel pump and FMIC.

Re: Project Dexter
Got my sx back this afternoon. Took it for a drive. Feels much better. All I can here now is the sound of the exhaust and turbo instead of leaking gaskets
Speaking of turbo...
My turbo has a lot of play and seals is most likely on its way out, as it's puffing white smoke now and again
So don't think it's worth spending money on getting my T25 reconditioned.
I think I should rather try and get a T28 as my manifold is still in good condition.

Re: Project Dexter
New addition coming soon...
My current water bottle is cracked and has been patched up so many times...
No use replacing it with another plastic one..
