A little birdie whispered something about Dez and Steve from No Sweat Racing starting a shop in Sheppy soon. Steve will uproot and move down to the coast, they will have ten or so Gt-r`s to rent at the track and Steve will be attending to it all .

Just a whisper from a birdie though..

DriftZ you've hit the Dezzi track.... Did you guys race on the new section?

From the pictures I've seen it looks sick and includes some nice elevation changes too...

I cant describe how jealous I am

Ja Drift Track wise KZN is getting spoilt after too many years of nothing at all...
Unfortunately due to the record rain we've been having down here the Tar on the new track still has'nt had enough time to cure / harden apparently. But i had a good look at it... the best part has a big dip going into a steep incline around a blind hilltop bend, Roller coaster Drifting!! - exciting for sure - not the safest track as if you get it properly wrong there are numerous right off zones. But the way its all been designed there will be multiple drift course options per event / skill level i suppose. i have a picture .. will post it here tonight.

So this weekend we used the 'old track on the other end of the Airstrip / Dragstrip... still awesome! and this time we did it in reverse... though i was sucking at both directions due to a technical issue .. but fun was had!! :)

Infact some of the JHB guys were seriously talking about leaving their cars down here permanently in Dezzi's stables... so ja, everyone was loving it.

+ there was murmurs of a KZN Drift Series starting up...

DEZZI FOR PRESIDENT! :P

As promised ...
Looking down at the dip from the steep blind corner Apex, only thing this photo doesnt show is the steepness of the inclines / declines.
