You need the high rpm to increase the wear on the rings, also running back against compression will help set the rings in the grooves. You must go to redline in order to wear the honing down, if not you can create a ridge.

Ring that are not seated tend to turn easier at high rpm.

Just did leakdown test, results as follows after only 200km:

Cylinder 1 - 10%
Cylinder 2 - 9%
Cylinder 3 - 12%
Cylinder 4 - 11%

These results prove break in procedure worked...

So I ordered an eccentric throttle wheel from GKTech in Aus, was delivered in 6 days of placing order on the cheapest shipping service, brilliant.

Problem is it does not fit. The slot in the center is 90 degrees out so the cable does not fit. So I drop them a mail and after a few emails back and forth their attitude seemed to have changed and I was told the throttle body is incorrect and the wheel is correct. No where on there site does it say that the wheel would only fit certain throttle bodies...

Anyway I would not purchase anything from them again of any decent value in case my car is wrong for the part...

Here a few pics...
