I still need to lay up the one more side. It has 3 sides but almost there.

After I lay up that side...probably tonight. I have to wait for it to cure(24hrs), then clean up all rough edges and wash and dry(8hrs to fully dry), then I need to lay on some fairing compond and let it cure(24hrs), sand and shape it and wash (8hrs). Fill in all uneven spots or holes, cure(24hrs), sand and polish and wash (8hrs).

Make a 2 part plug/mould of it(24hrs for one side to cure/ 24hrs for the other side to cure). Clean and sand all rough edges and wash (8hrs)

Then I will be able to make products.

Once I have the mould its pretty straight forward. (2 days to make one roof spoiler)

Sorry guys making a product out of nothing takes time to get right. Im busy making 4 items at the moment.

A front lip, roof spoiler, boot wing that covers the OEM holes and a radiator fan shroud. I have to manage all the items to be ready for each process above so that I do not waste materials.

Winter is over so I can work on some week nights as well.
