C-TEQ new workshop

Hi guys,

At last we have got to the point of opening our own workshop.... Very excited about this. The carbon cleaning has picked up so much...

We will be doing some 200sx parts and group buys soon, so watch this space...

Some shop pics, office at the bottom and full composite room on the top floor! :twisted:

First kits have been shipped out to JHB and United Kingdom...

Working on CA18DET and SR20DET spacers

Some Polo GTi carbon fiber goodness on the front bumber (real carbon fiber), will update with final pics when done.

VR6 Jetta slam panel almost done... :hurray:

Bike handle bar covers we did, still needs clear coat, hence the bit of "flat" look...

Also if you interested, I got a vacuum pump for large panels. Doors, bonnets, etc. Cheers

Carbon fiber front bumper insert is getting there, needs another flat and one more coat of epoxy resin, then flat some more.... Started with the front badge also real carbon fiber.

Thanks to Andreas we have a new addition to the shop!

One of two machines, this is the small one. Bigger one is coming next month. Setup will get done next week and new projects can get underway.

We use 3D printers at work, bitch to get setup but once sorted they awesome.

Sorry man, only seen your reply now.

That was done with wetlay, however I have used pre-preg before.

We already have a vacuum pump, a must for anyone working with composites....
