My turbo is also water cooled so where would the coolant lines from the turbo go into the engine(rb25det neo with greddy intake). When I bought the motor it pretty much came as a naked engine. Stripped of its pipes and fittings

Get a FSM and see where the original lines ran from.

I'm struggling to find the answer I am looking for on the good'ol interweb. In which direction does the engine coolant flow. I have a greddy intake.

2 is oil feed, 3 is water return. Not sure what 1 is, my SR doesn't have that...

Just find the 2 coolant connections that are left unused, coolant feed and return can be connected either way onto the turbo aslong as it's a closed loop. And remember turbo central core must be positioned/rotated so that oil feed is ontop and oil return at the bottom for gravity to return the oil correctly
