How do you come about that? Surely you lose power wielding that dead weight around for no reason? It had to come out in any case there’s not gonna be space for it with a RB fitted, admittedly its taking longer to get there with my Rotary Anglia project chowing all the funds… NB @ Twakkie... Please ...

It might be cheaper to just go buy a RB25DET Neo , instead of rebuilding.

@ RB25SX i think you right, i read somewhere the the rule of thumb for RB motors is 1cc injectors= 1HP . If i am not mistaken stock injectors are 480cc. but i might go to 550cc not to max the duty cycle of stock. what do you have done to yours to get 273kw, and is that on the wheels? and at 0.9 boo...

u mean 300kw ? My R32 does 273kw on stock inj's , motor, ecu @ 0.9bar.

Its a gamble u take to import auction cars from Japan. Some buyers have been lucky, a few had to rebuild motors or turbo's soon after they recieved the cars. But if u buy a GTR @ R120K, u must be willing to spend another R50K to sort it out if there is a problem.
