Re: Heat gauge reading?
You won't get the specific pipes unless you import or buy from the stealers(nissan), I went to several places and took what I could make work, as long as there is no restriction just connect A to B.

Re: Heat gauge reading?
Yes but not excessively hard, if it starts swelling over the normal amount either the pipes are old and needs to be replaced or there is still a heat problem, the fact that your gauge reads normal indicates that things should be normal. Remember these cars are old and the pipes took a lot of beating...

Re: S13 brake discs and pads.
Most general parts you will find from Midas/Auto Zone if you take the sample, many parts are shared by either the sentra/skyline/one tonner bakkie/1400 bakkie from the same era.

Re: Heat gauge reading?
The alu radiators are better than the ones that came out with ours, no problem at all. The temp sensor you can find at any midas or autozone, just take a sample, think the best make is "Echna" or something like that, cant remember the right name.

Re: Heat gauge reading?
No you did not do anything wrong, it was the festive season and the forum is not as active as it was in the old days, dead center is right, just for in case, replace the sensor although it was showing you that it was starting to overheat, so it should be fine.
