Hi All Thanks for the input guys. Where does this pump sit? And is it available for purchase from local spares or even agent. Coil packs are fine, no cracks and I checked the springs, all intact. The cars was just serviced before the problem started. So the plugs are reletively new. The car does not...

Misfire/Sputter on boost

A buddy of mine seems to be having a problem with his S13 (Standard CA18DET). The problem is that the car is misfiring badly when the boost comes in. We have cleaned the airflow meter, check the turbo, plugs (BCPR6ES) + coil packs and everything seems fine. Does anyone know what else we could check ...

Hi
Just reading through the forum and came across this thread. Interesting pics there of the air strip. What's the story behind this?
Is this strip available for test purposes? If the surface is anything like the Saldanha strip then is will be a waste of time cause that will sure rip your tyres.

What's the use you have all that power and you can't put it down to the ground? What most people tend to overlook is the importance of the suspension? I've seem cars with 300-400kw and then they run 14+ secs. cause they spend 2-3 secs wheel spinning on the line. Power is of no use if you can put it ...

Guys, my car can't seem to keep the boost. It's very inconsistent. And if it reaches max boost then you'll see the boost gradually drops while driving the car hard. Secondly if I accelerate from stand still then I can't reach max boost but only about 0.6. I need to accelerate gradually to reach max ...

Sokar, go the skyline route. I am also considering that but it will be great for you try it first and let us know.

The RWD toys/datsun are just to light and tend to spin out very easily (I think). They ideal for spin city.
How will the GTX drift with those rear half shafts?
