I think the rule is you can only get on the list if you race  and post a result...

I know ChemCool said he needs to back out since he has a bearing knock, racing now will just cause an engine to break

I think another rule is if you can't race the guy above you, because of, unforeseen circumstances you race the guy above him simple as that.

Hey Phinx, you will have to take the top spot for now, I blew a head gasget and due to some misunderstanding I now broke some valves and hurt a piston, but be sure when she is running again youl have to defend your spot, be ready

Don't want to go into detail it's a bit sensitive, well sent my head in with Freddy...thanks for the help Fredman and to Vlade and everybody that helped over the phone.

I am now trying to find out if I can re-use the piston or get another old one from someone to replace it with...anyone....just one.

The piston got hurt by the broken valves, it has some nasty dents but not to bad I think and a pease is standing out, the piston is not cracked just abused a bit the small hump i'll grind flush if I can re-use it, I don't want to take out the engine and pistons and stuff, had replaced rings and bearings about a year ago so that should be ok.

Thats what I would do. And while the motor is open I would fit head studs and a steal head gasket.

Why wound you change the head-Gasket to a metal unit?
You are removing a failing point should something go wrong.

For example with a metal gasket you next failing point, should you run into detonation is you piston rings to me a head gasket is cheaper then a piston.

Also most JDM tuners run "stock" nissan gaskets, because if the vehicle is tunned correct it will not blow the gasket.

We are not pushing numbers anywhere closed to what is required for ARP head-bolt and a Metal-head gasket.

Draco why did you drop a vale? Cam belt jump a couple of teeth? Over rev? Bad tension?
