Ok thanks 200sx M what cheap oil can i use to flush the engine without harming or puting motor at risk

You need to buy cheap oil...20W50...drain out old oil, put in new cheap oil with engine flush that you buy at part store, let the car idle for 10 minutes or so, then drain everything out, replace oil filter, put new good quality oil in.

Yo guys i heard puting engine flush in the motor bad news, how true is this? Heard you run a chance of runing a bearing evan thow you drain it.
