yes you will pay vat and duties on any motor car parts you import. there are lots of secondhand oem units for sale on ebay.. payed about 1k each for the three i have, vat and duties included, just need to be patient and look for a good price..Did you pay VAT and import duties when you got this from eBay?
Was it an original Bosch?
