OK, so after disabling everything for wash out before reassembly, I had to make a slight change to the shroud to be able to fit, also split it between the fans and changed the fan wiring so that one fan is constantly on and the other only comes in over 75deg... The rest of the pictures will speak for themselves hopefully....

Before
Image

After
Image

Custom made temp sensor to ensure best cold start and accurate temp maps
Image

Image

Wastegate adaptor sprayed with anti rust hight temp Rustolium
Image

Mines adjustable Wastegate installed...
Image

Shroud modified
Image

Image

Image

2 X extra holes tapped into manifold for dicktator and boost gauge (new boost gauge coming tomorrow oooo, I cant wait), used hight temp Teflon lines to ensure best reaction time...
Image

Mounted the modified radiator and intercooler in V-Mount format...
Image

Installed Fial (Tial knock off) bov and cold boost pipe, all clamp are T-Bolt type...
Image

Installed hot pipe and intake pipe to cold box...
Image

And the results.... I have to admit, I'm lovin' the look...

I almost forgot, received my new computer for my SX... Since the last one blew up on me dire to dry joints from leaving it stored in a box in the garage, I figured this little monster will do nicely... I was told that I was the first person to buy one, never mind putting it in a car, ha ha ha...

And yes it is a fully functional desktop Pc....
Image

4 Gigs laptop ram and a 120Gig Kingston mssd solid state hard drive for bumpy south African roads...
Image

This with my Mini Usb keyboard and mouse, 7" touch screen and Usb dicktator is going to be epic....

For now it will only run boost, voltage and water temp though... But will add more sensors as and when I can afford them...
