To start of I gave the intake, throttle body and many a good wash...

Image

Image

Ok, so as you can see, to make the new mani fit properly I had to chop quite a bit off on the water housing side

Image

The new mani fitted.. Used all new studs with new Copper plated lock nuts... Looks so neat and shimmery....

Image

Removed the old CAS and filled the gap with a Welsh plug, awesome idea given to me by Mr. F'rix himself, thanks Hannes... Also removed, cleaned and repositioned the dipstick tube....

Turbo now installed, also with new studs and copper coated steel lock nuts... Looking sxy now and close enough to complete for me to show the next picture as a teaser for what to expect... Hope the idea comes across nicely...

Image

As far as I can make out, it will be the first V-mount SR install in SA... Hope I'm correct on that assumption....

Shot Double D...

Ok so some more progress today...
Image

baffled the oil catch can so it actually does what is meant to... Ye I went the quick route...

Image

Upsized the catch can nosels to suit the braided house....

Image

Replaced the oil return pipe as the other one was a little too short for the new mani...

Image

Stayed re doing my injector harness so there are no splices, just straight one piece setup

Image

Cut the piping and silicone bends to size and test fit... Think it's going to look so awesome....
