Not so good anymore, advice please.

I took off the std intake mani, cam belt and water pump.

1. All the water channels are full of rust. I tried to clean the out. How should i clean them properly?

2. How should i install the thermostat?

3. How should i seal the waterpump?

4. Behind the TB in the intake manifold collecter has old oil caked up on it. How bad is this?

Got some hours in last night

Std turbo looks like where the oil in the manifold was coming from. Cleaned the water channels out, fitted thermostat and water pump. Cam belt took me awhile but that is all done now. The two tensioner pullys that came with the engine were shot but my old ones were still good.

Feel much better after seeing the turbo is leaking oil.
