I had to stick my pride in my back pocket and again compliment you, your car looks good...you are doing a stand up job and that mags will look awesome!!!!

I am not sure if you looked for this or not....hope it may help you if you did not notice it before...if you did...ignore my advice....

I found a few times that the half moons on the back of the tappet cover were scew....pissing out oil that made it look like a main oil seal leak....
Thank you Draco, I really appreciate it we really need to arrange a time and place to have a beer and sort our differences. Anyway will take your advice and check those damn half moons I have had shit before with them, Im just so damn sick of the leaks

Tractions OK, Tire prices are even better and when you braking the rears at the end of second it wears them down fast, I Don’t have a problem with the stock brake calipers, I don’t drive like an idiot or tail-gate other cars plus the upgraded rotors work good. If I wanted a track car I would build a golf

yeah those mags would look the business on your car dude!

what about 16" tho??? i'm loving the 16"s on mine. big enough to look awesome, but not so big that things become uncomfortable!!!

and those half moons... dont let me get started on those damned things. i think the designer must've shot himself after he came up with those!!!

in fact - i'm gonna go put those in the "stupid" thread now!!!

Hi guys….

I did some testing last night with a friend of mine and some GPS car speed testing device, I’m not sure the name but it uses 8 GPS Satellites and can give you your 0-100KM and ¼ mile time and it seems slightly accurate so I gave him a spin in the SX and we did some 1-100KM runs and I realized how difficult it is to launch my car anything below 3500RPM bogs slightly any thing above 3700RPM it just wheel spins the best time of the night was from a bogged start at 0-100KM in 6.8 sec I cant remember the 1/8 mile time but I really need to work on my launches

Howzit Guys....

Gave Sokar a Spin in the car this weekend, he says the car fells a Little stronger: lol:

Also had an interesting run with a 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera on the highway...

But Strangle because of the cams and the reduced over lap the motor runs quieter or so it sounds, I have picked up a strange sound at very light load, I’m not sure if its a lifter, piston slap, bearing or what ever wil investigate more later

Hey PFB, I really wanna have a spin in your car now. I basically had a taste just before you upped the boost and power then was impressively linear.

Would be interesting to feel what it does now.

Think we should arrange another get together sometime, maybe have a bunch of pta guys meet up somewhere. Will mail you, then we can discuss it.

Really cool that your car is running so strong, well done.
