Carbon Fibre is like the Louis Vuitton of the motor industry...

Everyone wants it, despiite the fact that it sometimes looks kak. Just for the look of it, and if they cannot afford the real stuff they will settle for the stick on variety (carbon), or the fake type (Flea market knock off's)...

LV are made of crap canvas with a stupidly designed print. I've seen better handbags at woolies. Not too mention the white LV bags with all the smarties color logo's on them... Make me wanna puke. Yet all the MILF's here in Sandton carry them with pride.

Imagine Ari Vattinen had a CF dash when he did the Cloud Dance movie on Pikes Peak... The first few rays of the sun on that dash and he'd donner down tha cliff...

ya, cover it with suede leather, and then you'll get some added weight for free...

kinda defeats the purpose of going for weight reduction... how about using that sander that you have in your garage to give it that nice sanded JayBoy look???

That CF is so shiney because they have a thick resin layer and gel coat on the top of the weave. If you use minimal resin (which is the proper way for weight reduction) you will get that matt CF look.
