Lowering the SX! (At last)

Taking my car in to get the lowering kit fitted, will take pics and do a how to on it.

Aint doing myself, but will take notes on it. I'm just to damn lazy, and I dont have all the tools. :)

How are you lowering it, just with a spring kit?
Diesel power, hmm, yes, I think I'll have some of that.

AAAAAARRRRGGGGG!!!! couldnt do the lowering cause I busted the clutch! put in in gear let the clutch go and nothing! doesnt even move!

Will get it fixed 2day or 2morow, but this modifying the clutch, the bitch aint slipping again! :twisted:

At last! Lowerd my sx this weekend and modified the clutch.

Will load sum pics 2nite, very easy job to do!

Prob about 40mm lower, sits very nice. little bit more bumpy ride but not that bad.

Mario brother, what lowering kit did you procure, and what was the cost?

Cost me R800-00 for second hand lowering springs. Quality feels very good, but dont know the name.

Came of another SX.... Cost a additional R350-00 to get it installed.

Sum might think its prob crap springs or whateva, but something is better than nothing. Really made a huge difference. And im happy.

hey rat, I had a drive in it today and its actually not that hard. On a good road its awesome, you can feel the back end sticking alot more! It really feels awesome and looks the part to! It was a bit bumpy on a bad section of road! But its great!!!!!! Congrats Mario! I'll do mine next!
