Stay away from cheap aftermarket fpr's. I had 2 of them break diaphrams and let fuel flow directly from pump through fpr vacuum pipe to intake manifold and flood and hyro lock my engine, only buy an aftermarket one if its a reputable brand and not fake stuff like they sold me

My setup is stock internals rb25det 440CC bosch injectors, greddy intake, garrett gt35 turbo. Is the fpr inside the fuel tank and should I also upgrade my fuel pump. P.S the car isn't running yet, just getting the rest of my things for conversion

Fuel pressure regulator sits on the end of the fuel rail and controls the fuel pressure by controlling the fuel that bypasses from the fuel rail back to the tank, i would recommend minimum a walbro 255lph fuel pump over a standard pump

Thanks for your input. I forgot to mention that I'm running an aftermarket fuel rail so now I know that I don't have a fpr.

You'll need a frp to start your car.

Looks like I'll be getting an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
