there is a few youtube vids on a 240sx poly bush swap ive seen. otherwise there is a nice write up on driftworks if i remember correctly but its on a s14 but same principal

thanks man ill have a look but if i remember correctly that writeup the one guy says there that the s13 is different specialy on the rear suspension

It's not about being a know-it-all. It's about people being too lazy, which leads to other people not wanting to help them on forums due to constant spoon feeding. This is in part why most people with useful/educated/experienced answers are no longer part of this forum - but perhaps that is just the opinion of a cynic.

@ Enzio. thanks for the link i appreciate it. i did actualy look around but the one very good writeup that i found a while ago no longer exists for some reason.
you didnt have to google to find anything becuase you know what to look for dude i have no clue on the other hand. i give up after a few minutes if i cant find anything due to my lack of patience lol. anyway thanks again.
