Thats my idea as well, white looks nice, but my thinking is that the white and smoke will not mix, Was actually thinking of gunmetal, Only real problem will be the heat of a darker color in the car!DriftZ wrote:white interiors look neat if kept clean, but i prefer darker interiors = less distracting. Maybe a dark silver.

LOL, probable the best solution yes!djtreble wrote:Just clean it after each event as you would anyway, looks badass and at least you know if it looks clean inside, the car is clean
I wonder if must strip the whole car and wash everything and assemble again after words? Then I can see from an inner view what needs to be fixed?

I am leaning to that option as well, I want it to be a pure drifter, even want to pull the car to the track on a trailer, thats how far I want to take it!
One more thing, How strong is a S13 diff/ sideshafts? what power can it handle?

If it's purely for drifting, do it properly
I ran 350 BHP on standard rear end on the S13 with a welded diff without a single problem (and it was used, abused and drifted to within an inch of it's life). I believe people run a load more without any issues on the standard items. The rear end of a 200sx isnt really known to be weak underneath.
My BMW on the other hand went through 2 drive shafts in 5 drift days....

i still personally prefer darker interiors for everything besides heat... Gunmetal is a great colour for hiding dirt, and looks very smart. Got better things to do than cleaning bits of tyre out of tighty whighty spaces in the interior.
but i must say my own black interior gets stoopid hot on track days, works great for loosing weight

Gunmetal FTW!!! Or you could just go drift some tyres farktup, and colour-code the paint to the colour of the rubber on the inside of your car!

You just adressed the whole argument right there, dark dont have too clean that often, and hot, but looks awesome.DriftZ wrote:i still personally prefer darker interiors for everything besides heat... White gets dirty easy, and is colder than darker colors. Looks quite good as well.
